Returns

Can I return an item?

You have 7 days upon receiving your order to return any items, provided that they have not been worn or damaged. All products should be returned in the original box and must be in their original condition. The customer will shoulder shipping of the previous item to our office as well as the shipping of the new item. We can process exchanges for the same style in different sizes or a different style with the same amount but these are subject to approval.

IMPORTANT: Damaged, worn, dirty or any shoes that we believe have been used will NOT be accepted. This also includes any items outside of the 7-day return period.

How do I return an item?

Please e-mail us at infozaneashoes@gmail.com and indicate your Name, Order Number, Item Name, and indicate whether it's for exchange or refund, as well as a picture of the item for us to make sure that it hasn't been worn and is in its original condition.

I have returned my item, how do I exchange it?

We will e-mail you once we receive your returned item/s so that you can tell us which size you want to exchange it with. The customer will also pay for shipping for the new item.

My Order

How long will my order be processed?

If the designs are available in our warehouse, we will be able to ship it out within 1-2 days after payment. However, some designs or sizes will have to be pulled out from existing stores so these might take 7-15 days. We will notify you once your order is ready to be shipped.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Secure Payments via PayMongo
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Deposit
  • GCash Transfer
  • Western Union/Cebuana/Palawan Express

Rest assured all our payment channels are safe and secure.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make a change in your order size or color, please e-mail us at infozaneashoes@gmail.com and indicate your Name, Order Number, Item Name as soon as possible so it can be arranged before your order is packed or shipped out. Once the order has been shipped out, we can no longer make changes to your order. Once this happens, please wait to receive your order and you can then proceed to make an order exchange.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do offer international shipping. Please e-mail us at infozaneashoes@gmail.com to arrange an international order through the carrier RAF International Forwarding Phils.
